BUYING A FIREARM ONLINE

Welcome to Acute firearms! We are an online and in store firearm shop! Buying a firearm online can be a bit confusing - here is a guide to assist you with your online gun purchase including all local, state and federal laws.

STEP 1: Arrange a transfer with FFL dealer.

FFL stands for federal firearm license, by federal law we cannot ship firearms to any place other than a shop holding a valid FFL.

1. Contact the FFL dealer to inform them that you would like to have a firearm transferred to them from Acute firearms. This cost $20 from our store and transfers from other stores cost $45.

2. Provide the FFL dealer with our contact information so they can send a copy of their FFL to us. Our contact info is below:

STEP 2: MAKE YOUR PURCHASE

1. Browse our shop and find the perfect firearm for you here - https://acutefirearms.com/shop-now

2. Check out either with your account or as a guest (we recommend creating an account for updates shipping notifications, and product updates)

3. After checking out you will start to receive updates regarding your purchase through your email.

4. Send us the FFL information at [email protected]

STEP 3: PICK UP YOUR FIREARM

Once your order has arrived to our store, an employee will call you to notify your pickup.

1. FFL dealers always require completion of form 4473 and submit a background check.

2. Make sure to bring with you, a valid government issued ID and a concealed to carry permit (if applicable)
