ACUTE FIREARMS RAFFLE RULES
Winner does not need to be present to win. Limit of 100 tickets available per round/drawing.
Winner is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prize is offered “as is.” Limit of 5 tickets per person.
The winner of any firearm must be legally eligible to possess a firearm.
Firearms will be shipped directly to the winner’s choice of FFL dealer.
By law, the winner must successfully complete the federally required background screening before possession will be granted.
Firearms will only be issued to the winner of said firearm.
Pursuant to the laws of Florida, no purchase or contribution is necessary to enter the Raffle drawing.
Prizes:
◦ Main Prize: A firearm, or other valuable items.
◦ Secondary Prizes: Firearm courses/classes, accessories, or other items related to firearms.
